Commercial Real Estate Broker Scott Gerber Joins Bradley Real Estate

Mr. Gerber began his career in the multi-family brokerage business in 1989 in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office. Since 1989, Scott has closed nearly 1 billion dollars in commercial transactions totaling over 7,140 residential / multi-family units and approximately 300,000 square feet of retail, industrial and office space.
When asked about Mr. Gerber’s work philosophy he replied, “I always provide the highest level of service to my clients based on a strong foundation of current information and extensive knowledge of the market.” Mr. Gerber went on to say that his secret to success is, “I truly love what I do, I’m extremely involved in our local community, I take great pride in caring for my clients and I’m always a straight shooter.”
This honest, straightforward approach has been instrumental in Mr. Gerber’s career growth over the last 27 years. He started working in the North Bay about 10 years ago. Since then he has served on the Board of Directors of the North Coast Rental Housing Association for many years and was President of the association in 2007 and 2008. In addition, Mr. Gerber founded the North Bay Investment Real Estate Conference.
Mr. Gerber founded the local charity event known as the Kickball Showdown. This annual event has raised over $50,000 for Boys and Girls Clubs over the North Bay.
Mr. Gerber lives in San Rafael with his wife, Jessica and his three daughters. In his free time you can find him golfing, mountain biking, skiing, and doing housing related charitable volunteer work.
