Kount Adds Seasoned Corporate Adviser and Industry Expert Linda Fayne Levinson to Board of Directors
Boise, Idaho (PRWEB) March 10, 2016 -- Kount Inc., a leading innovator of solutions for fraud and risk management, today announced that Linda Fayne Levinson has joined its Board of Directors, following an $80 million investment made by the CVC Growth Fund in December 2015. Levinson brings extensive board and business experience, along with a deep knowledge of the payments and security industries. Kount will look to her to provide guidance as the company continues to accelerate product innovation and expand its global footprint.

Levinson serves as Chair of the Board of Hertz and a Director at Ingram Micro, Jacobs Engineering Group, NCR, and Western Union. She is also the Chair of the Compensation Committee for Hertz, NCR, and Jacobs Engineering Group. Earlier in her career, Levinson worked at McKinsey & Company, where she became the first woman partner; an Executive at American Express Travel Related Services Co., where she ran the leisure travel and tour business; a Partner at Wings Partners, a merchant bank that took Northwest Airlines private; and a Partner at GRP Partners, a venture capital firm where she led investments in e-commerce, online travel and payments.
