"Loralyn Designs' style and target audience are a good match. The jewelry I have submitted to them has an old-world look with a modern edge."

Loralyn Designs’ Black Steel Triangle Necklace was featured by new character Krystal (actress Alex Mauriello) on episode 7:12 on the hit TV show, The Vampire Diaries, which aired on February 12th 2016. While seducing Damon Salvatore (actor Ian Somerhalder), the well-endowed Krystal donned a skintight black dress that perfectly highlighted the fashionable piece created by Loralyn Designs’ owner Laura King of Marlborough MA. The necklace features an upside-down black matte textured steel triangle pendant with 4 inner triangles at varying depths. On the top, a hidden horizontal hole enables a black leather necklace cord to slide smoothly through it. “The black steel triangle is one of my favorite pieces. It was submitted to Leigh Leverett, the stylist of The Vampire Diaries, in 2014 through The Artisan Group®. Imagine my amazement to find out in December 2015 that she kept it and decided to use it on the show,” King stated. “It was paired with a fantastic outfit on a great show with a beautiful actress. What jewelry designer could ask for more?”
Past Vampire Diaries credits for Loralyn Designs include the Black Iron Diamond Necklace worn by Bonnie Bennett (actress Kat Graham) on episode 5:12, the Medieval Arrowhead Necklace worn by Traveler Maria (actress Tamara Austin) on Episode 5:21, and the Celtic Knot Cross Necklace worn by Galen Vaughn (actor Charles Bewley) in multiple episodes during Season 4.
When asked why she thinks the Vampire Diaries continues to use her jewelry, King replied, "Loralyn Designs' style and target audience are a good match. The jewelry I have submitted to them has an old-world look with a modern edge."
Loralyn Designs' stainless steel jewelry, in partnership with The Artisan Group®, has been gifted to both Selena Gomez and Tyra Banks, and was included in celebrity swag bags at GBK’s Luxury Gift Lounge for the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival.
