According to the class action lawsuit filed against Prologix, the company allegedly did not allow their drivers to record all of their time worked. The Complaint alleges that the distribution company consistently required their hourly drivers to work of the clock without paying them for all the time these employees were under the company's control.
The Complaint also alleges that the employees working for the company in California were not always able to take their thirty minute uninterrupted meal breaks before their fifth hour of work.
