Deerfield, IL (PRWEB) March 11, 2016 -- 4i, a growth and foresight analytics firm committed to helping clients uncover areas of superior future growth, announced the addition of Matt Holland as its new VP of Business Development and Operations.
Holland is the latest in several new additions that have enhanced 4i’s growth strategy, analytics and transformation practice areas, giving 4i clients access to growth consultants with exceptional talent in delivering measurable results and a competitive edge over their competition. 4i’s awards and honors, including a spot on Consulting Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Firms” list, underscore the firm’s global leadership and focus on solution-driven engagements that help clients understand how to identify and take advantage of future growth opportunities.
“Matt will focus on scaling 4i’s offerings while helping mature 4i’s operations,” said Dr. Eugene Roytburg, Managing Partner at 4i. “His extensive experience in business and client management as well as internal operations will be a tremendous asset to both us and to our clients. We are very pleased to be able to offer our clients the exceptional expertise that Matt brings to the table.”
Matt spent the last 15 years at Nielsen, managing their top Fortune 500 accounts. Prior to Nielsen, he was with Wyeth Consumer Healthcare (now Pfizer), where he developed in-house evaluation tools and was in charge of Category Management for growth channels. A strategic thinker and seasoned team leader, Matt’s focus has been Marketing and Sales Strategy and Activation, Business Transformation, Organizational Design, and Leadership Development. In the area of Business Engagement, he has been essential in transforming concept to reality – activating insights derived from analytics and transforming the organization.
A Six Sigma Executive Black Belt, Matt received his BSBA in Marketing and Management from Northeastern University, and completed the Executive Development Program at Stanford University School of Business as part of the Nielsen Company Continuing Education program.
4i continues to focus on developing solutions-driven engagements, and draws on the entrepreneurship and thought leadership that allow companies to use insight as a primary decision-enabling function, Roytburg added.
