Vaupen Financial Advisors, LLC, a Miami, FL―based investment capital advisory firm served as the Company’s financial advisor for the financing. A key driver for this strategic investment is the rapid commercialization of Vet Innovations’ unique and proprietary access-control technology for use in pet feeding and other devices.
