Insight’s CEO calls for increased support of and travel to France.

“The people of France have been strong partners to Insight Vacations and gracious hosts to our guests for decades,” said John Boulding, CEO of Insight Vacations.

Insight Vacations®, the leader in luxury and premium escorted journeys, continues to show support for the city of Paris following last year’s November attacks. In addition to expanding their collection of French itineraries, the escorted tour company has elected to hold their 2016 annual global meeting in the City of Light.

“The people of France have been strong partners to Insight Vacations and gracious hosts to our guests for decades,” said John Boulding, CEO of Insight Vacations. “We had a group in Paris just five days after the November incident, and they visited this majestic city without experiencing any curtailment of their planned experiences and activities. They dined first evening at a famous restaurant on the left bank, they visited the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, and they went to the Moulin Rouge and enjoyed the illuminations. They were welcomed by Parisians at every stage.”

Insight’s 2016 collection includes more than 35 tours that venture to France, many of which highlight the Parisian capital. Itineraries range from four to 36 days and start from $875 per person.

“Our Tour Directors and Traveling Concierges are local experts and we have the backup of hundreds of staff in Europe,” said Boulding. “We are highly flexible, nimble and unconstrained by routing. We carry 100,000 guests a year to Europe and not once have our itineraries been interrupted, curtailed or disadvantaged by any of the crises the news media portrays.”

In August, about 100 Insight employees will journey to Paris for the annual sales meeting and to experience everything the city has to offer. Individuals from around the world will be in attendance, representing offices in the United States, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Beijing, India, Brazil, the UK, Ireland and South Africa.
