A local health and fitness center located in Williamsburg, Virginia announced that they recently helped a woman from Gloucester achieve incredible results in her fitness plan. The woman, Kymberly Casone, successfully lost 100 pounds through the center’s client-focused, group personal fitness coaching and workout program.
