RealSatisfied announced today the agreement with News Corp, subsidiary Move, Inc., operator of realtor.com® that customer satisfaction performance content from RealSatisfied will now appear in the “Ratings and Reviews” section on realtor.com®. This enhances its current syndication of agent performance “Recommendations” across the portal to help consumers in their real estate search.

The realtor.com® website and mobile experiences provide buyers, sellers and renters of homes with the information, tools and professional expertise they need to discover and create their perfect home. New agent profiles on realtor.com® were announced in November of 2015, and include “ratings and reviews that align with NAR’s guidelines and require consumers to have closed an actual transaction with the agent. The system also incorporates recommendations which can be provided by friends, family and colleagues. The combined system provides a standard for transaction-based information while allowing all agents to showcase their professionalism.”
When the technical integration is complete, RealSatisfied will be able to provide ratings for all five realtor.com® rating categories that address NAR’s guidelines; “Overall Rating,” “Market Expertise,” “Responsiveness,” “Negotiation Skills,” and “Professionalism & Communication.” This is accomplished because RealSatisfied collects performance content across 47 data points for seller surveys and 39 for buyer surveys. This is unique among those capable of providing this data.
