Celebrity portrait photographer Frank "ISH" Ishman signs with Marge Casey, of Marge Casey's Wave Represents in Chicago. After working internationally, ISH Photography is now headquartered in Chicago.

In Chicago, Celebrity Portrait Photographer Frank Ishman, or, as he is known in the industry, “ISH” has joined the Wave roster of talented photographers. Wave Represents manages and produces for commercial photographers on advertising campaigns for McDonald’s, Subway, Walt Disney and other global brands.

“ISH has worked around the world,” Casey said, “With legendary photographers like Brigitte Lacombe. He’s a personable, talented guy … he’ll be great for Chicago.”

Born in New Haven, CT, and raised in Southern California, ISH grew up around movie sets. After studying at Morehouse and The Art Institute of Atlanta, he spent more than a decade working for iconic French photographer, Brigitte Lacombe, where he honed his captivating style of environmental portraiture.

A bold talent, ISH combines a zen outlook with an architectural composition style and a vibrant color palate. The result is dramatic and beautiful portrait photography which captures the soul of his subjects.
