Pantera Recognized as Top Product for Bid Management in 2016

Top Product 2016

We took on some ambitious projects and I think it is pretty clear that our hard-work and ingenuity has enabled us to produce a product that we can take great pride in.

The annual Constructech 'Commercial Top Product' award winners were unveiled for 2016 and once again Pantera Global Technology garnered recognition as a leader in the construction software industry. The Top Product awards are issued by Constructech Magazine, the leading construction technology publication, to highlight companies and software that have made "tremendous strides in the technological evolution of the commercial building industry". Pantera is no stranger to the Top Product's awards having been acknowledged as both a 'Top New Product' and as a 'Trusted Product' in recent years.

Constructech keeps a vigilant eye towards all of the trends happening in the Construction Technology space. Peggy Smedley, editorial director, acknowledged the rapid pace of innovation in the industry stating, "The 2016 Commercial Top Product winners are truly demonstrating they understand what the construction community needs and are focusing on delivering those innovative solutions." According to the editorial staff, Pantera Tool's addition of the Verified Network was a major factor in separating Pantera Tools from the competition writing that "The product's Verified Network makes it stand out, as the subcontractor management tool features a network of vetted subs available in a GC's address book."

DeWayne Adamson, President and CEO of Pantera Global Technology, considers it a tribute to his team's hard work to be acknowledged as a Top Product in 2016 saying "2015 was a year of tremendous growth where we continued to try to push the envelope with our bid management software." Adding that "We took on some ambitious projects and I think it is pretty clear that our hard-work and ingenuity has enabled us to produce a product that we can take great pride in."

The award comes hot off the heels of Pantera's recent acquisition of ProQual Verified, a leading subcontractor risk mitigation firm. The acquisition, finalized in January of 2016, further cemented Pantera's position as a leader in the Bid Management industry and provided a clear edge over the competition regarding risk management in the pre-construction process. Joining the team as part of the acquisition is Karen Herrera, Founder of ProQual Verified, who has moved into the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pantera.

The success of the Verified Network has enabled Pantera to continue to innovate and work on new solutions for their clients. 2016 has already seen the release of a new scheduling module available for Pantera Tools that features drag-and-drop adjustments and enables construction teams to allocate their resources efficiently right from their plan room. This is just the first of the new features to come according to Karen Herrera, "We are really happy with the way our production calendar is shaping up for the year, we've got some big, highly anticipated additions scheduled for the coming months that will absolutely delight our customers."
