The Cynopsis Sports Media Award finalists will be recognized at an awards breakfast on April 21, 2016, from 8:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at the New York Athletic Club in Manhattan. As part of the festivities, Cynopsis also pays tribute annually with special awards that are given to sports luminaries who changed the way their brands connected with fans across the country and around the world. This year’s honorees include MLS Commissioner Don Garber, MLB Network President Rob McGlarry and Fox Sports President, COO & Executive Producer Eric Shanks for the Vision, Navigator and Legacy Awards.
