Portland startup Happy Brain Science announces a new tool that teaches the science of thriving at work. Played at Boeing, Intel, and many other organizations, the game is now available to the public for the first time.

This research-based system gets people talking, laughing, and solving workplace problems. The card game teaches over 100 strategies to boost morale, motivation, and engagement at work.

“This game can be an ice breaker, a team builder, a leadership development tool, a brainstorming inspiration, a cultural lever and a solo problem-solver…No matter how you use this game, it’s enjoyable and thought-provoking.”

  • Lisa Sansom, Vice-Chair, Canadian Positive Psychology Association; Founder, LVS Consulting

“I played it with co-workers, and within the first few minutes we had already come up with promising solutions to sticky problems. It sidestepped all the tension that could come from raising issues outside of this casual context. Best of all, it gave us concrete next steps. I wanted to take the cards out of the deck and tape them to my monitor! This is a tool I’ll turn to again and again, I’m sure.”

  • Dan Roy, Game Designer

“I believe life is too short to be unhappy at work, and that science tells us why and how to choose more happiness at work. This new business tool helps Happy Brain Science spread the amazing science of thriving to more people who can benefit from it.”

  • Scott Crabtree, Founder and Chief Happiness Officer, Happy Brain Science
