Dr. Jordan Emmil Joins Back In Motion Chiropractic & Sports Rehab
Beaverton, Oregon (PRWEB) March 16, 2016 -- Back In Motion Chiropractic & Sports Rehab in Beaverton, Oregon is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Jordan Emmil to our team of physicians!
Dr. Emmil earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Western Washington University where she studied kinesiology. While attending Western, she lettered 4 years for the University’s softball team playing 3rd base for the Vikings. After graduating, Dr. Emmil moved to Portland to attend chiropractic school at the University of Western States where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as her Masters in Exercise Sport Science.
Dr. Emmil utilizes various soft-tissue treatment techniques, spinal manipulation, kinesio-taping as well as therapeutic and corrective exercises to help keep her patients active and doing the things they love. During her past 3 years in the greater Portland area she has had the opportunity to work with many athletes of all levels. She has treated athletes on the sidelines at Parkrose and David Douglas high schools, worked with the Portland Stags professional ultimate frisbee team, and treated athletes at various half marathons, the Seaside volleyball tournament and the Canby rodeo.
Dr. Emmil has always lived an active lifestyle from her years growing up playing sports, to her summers spent fighting forest fires, to her current participation in city softball and volleyball leagues. She also enjoys all of the hiking and exploring that Oregon has to offer.
Dr. Emmil has always had a passion for helping people, and she got into chiropractic because she wanted to become a part of the conservative healthcare wave.

Additionally, Dr. Emmil is adamant about keeping her practice techniques up to date and evidence based, and she plans on becoming a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician later this year.
