Coastal Housing Partnership, a non-profit organization that provides home buying education and benefits, has helped over 10,000 local employees become homeowners. For their 5th Annual Home Buying Fair, they will be sharing some of these great home buying resources with the Ventura County and Santa Barbara County community on Saturday, May 14th at the Ventura Beach Marriott from 10am – 3pm.
The Home Buying Fair is a one-stop shop for potential home buyers to access valuable tools, resources and information on how to navigate the home buying process and get on their path to home ownership. This event is designed for first time home buyers, move-up buyers, buyers interested in getting back into the market or for anyone just thinking about buying a home.
The 2016 Home Buying Fair in Ventura, California provides an opportunity to speak directly with local real estate experts and potential members of the home buying team including local real estate agents, lenders, residential developers and credit & financial advisors. Free mini-seminars will be offered throughout the day on a variety of topics including local real estate market conditions, steps of the home buying process, low down payment loans, improving your credit score, getting back into the market after a foreclosure or short sale.
