New Data Shows How the Novus Annual Wellness Visit Platform Supports ACO Shared Savings Initiatives
Spring Park, MN (PRWEB) March 16, 2016 -- Novus Healthcare Inc. released outcomes data from 17,190 Medicare patients that show a 23 percent reduction in emergency room visits, as well as the ability to capture required benchmark data for an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) to be eligible for Shared Savings.
The Novus Healthcare Inc. platform builds off the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit to help ACOs meet their Shared Savings goals while reducing emergency room visits and hospital admissions.
