Our first release supported up to 500MB imports and now we support 5GB imports.
New York, NY (PRWEB) March 16, 2016
Centrallo a global productivity app today announced the release of an update to its Evernote Import Wizard, providing the ability to import 5GB files. This update is a free feature that lets Evernote users take standalone notes and import them into Centrallo to create structured lists that can be organized, searched and shared with anyone, anywhere.
“On February 4th, 2016 Centrallo announced its biggest milestone as we accommodated the most requested feature in our three-year history – the ability to import Evernote notes into our global productivity platform,” said Michael J. Sher, co-founder of Centrallo. “Immediately after the announcement, we were bombarded and quite frankly overwhelmed with requests from literally all around the world to support larger file size imports. “Our first release supported up to 500MB imports and now we are able to offer and support en times the data with 5GB imports”, says Sher.
“It’s great to see Centrallo move so quickly to support and meet the market demand,” says Heather Wilde, Centrallo's newest advisor and former Director of Global Technical Support at Evernote. “The ability to react quickly allows people to complement their Evernote experiences faster and it’s a win/win for everyone.”
A global productivity tool created specifically for people who want to be better organized and in better control of life, Centrallo is the brainchild of Michael J. Sher, – co-founder and CEO – who runs the New York City based company. A software executive using a laptop, smartphone, PC and tablet to manage emails, documents, links, media and lists while balancing a family with children and an active social life, Sher grew frustrated with the lack of a one-stop app that could centralize his life in one 'location.' Centrallo, a mashup of the words 'central' and 'location', speaks to the unique strengths of the app to centralize everything, – by organizing information quickly, and securely sharing anything with anyone, anytime, anywhere.
“I was so excited when I heard about the Import Wizard but was unable to import my notes since my Evernote account is so large,” says Dr. Marc Chasin, an Evernote power-user since 2008. “Now, I can import my notes and organize them into hierarchal lists so I can be more organized and productive.” says Chasin.
