We have 10 core values which form the fiber of our employment culture, and at the core is service – to each other, to our customers, and to our community.
Hoffman Estates, Illinois (PRWEB) March 17, 2016
Level 10, LLC has been named to Center for Companies That Care’s 2016 Honor Roll, which recognizes employers for their socially responsible practices. Through a rigorous application and review process, Companies That Care selects a group of employers from around the country for its annual honor roll. This is Level 10’s first year on the list.
The Honor Roll is diverse in industry, geography, and size; but they have the common denominator of behaving in socially responsible ways for their employees and communities. Level 10, like the other employers named to the list, excels in the 10 Characteristics inherent to a “Company That Cares”, which include: taking into account the human toll when making business decisions, cultivating the full potential of employees, supporting the pursuit of work/life balance, sustaining an inclusive work environment founded on dignity and respect for all employees, and volunteering in the community.
According to John Pruban, Level 10 co-owner and CEO/President, “We have 10 core values which form the fiber of our employment culture, and at the core is service – to each other, to our customers, and to our community. We believe a values-driven culture contributes to employee satisfaction, which creates customer satisfaction and ultimately drives business success. I couldn’t be more proud of our entire team for being honored with this prestigious designation.”
“We celebrate the Honor Roll employers – such as Level 10 – for sustaining individuals, families, and communities. Preparing employees for career fulfillment with on-the-job learning, tuition reimbursement, and online courses; encouraging healthy lifestyles by offering wellness and financial literacy programs; and encouraging volunteerism are all examples of what these outstanding employers do every day,” said Marci Koblenz, Co-founder and President of Center for Companies That Care. “We particularly praise those employers who are working hard to ensure underserved students have the opportunity to graduate from college since a college degree can change the trajectory of someone’s life.”
Those named to the 2016 list feature U.S. organizations that are large, medium, and small; public and private; for-profit and not-for-profit. A full list of recognized employers appears at http://www.companies-that-care.org.
