The Nightstick NSP-4616B Low-Profile Dual-Light™ Headlamp was created to work on fire helmets and hard-hats that also utilize a flip-up face shield. The unique low-profile design allows the user to work without having to remove the headlamp when raising or lowering their face shield and will not get in the way of most helmet badges. Manufactured from glass-filled nylon polymer and featuring a multi-position tilt head, both the independent spotlight and the independent floodlight use CREE® LED’s and an advanced (TIR) Total Internal Reflection lens designed to optimize lumen output and beam pattern. The spotlight and the floodlight are both rated at 250 lumens in high mode and 125 lumens in low mode.
The NSP-4616B features front mounted dual switches with large textured buttons required by those wearing gloves, providing easy access to the spotlight for distance illumination, the floodlight for close-up illumination, and in Dual-Light mode of 450 lumens for maximum lighting, versatility and safety. The NSP-4616B is IP-X7 rated waterproof and meets the requirement for NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013). Included is a heavy-duty rubber head strap for use on a fire helmet or hard-hat along with 3 AA batteries ready-to-use.
