Third Annual All Star Games Set To Blow The Lid Off Las Vegas With Aerial Sports Extravaganza
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) March 21, 2016 -- The All Star Games Federation announced today the third annual All Star Games (ASG), which takes place April 1-3 at the world-famous Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Aerial Sports are any sport where the athletes leave the ground under their own power to perform aerial movements. This includes Martial Arts Trickers, Cheerleaders, Gymnasts, Tumblers, Free Runners and Parkour Athletes.
The All Star Games was created by Luke Johnson and David Steely to enhance and encourage cross-event collaboration in the various aerial sports. The Games is unifying the world of Aerial Sports with teams from 16 countries, as well as teams from across America, and 6 Aerial Sport events under one roof for an unforgettable Las Vegas style show. At its genesis, the goals were not only to create a container to hold these events in one space, but to inspire these athletes, encourage performance and cross-event participation, and to educate the public about these exciting, budding sports. ASG wants to shine a light on the incredible athletes who share a collective passion for both creative movement and athleticism. The All Star Games is doing what has never been done before in the world of Aerial Sports - housing all these sports under one roof to allow athletes a place to compete and perform together while honoring their individuality and independence.
“This year’s All Star Games is going to be bigger, better and more exciting than any of the previous Games,” said Luke Johnson, co-founder of the All Star Games. “Every year the athletes get stronger, the stunts get bigger and the choreography gets more intense – all making for a truly memorable experience for athletes and spectators alike.”
During the opening ceremonies, (Friday night April 1), these sports are elevated beyond competition into an artistic performance where athletes not only push the limits of the human body, but defy gravity itself. Rivaling any Vegas show, the opening ceremony highlights the performative aspects of Aerial Sports.
