Historic Rehabilitation Awards Showcase Critical Incentive
SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) March 18, 2016 -- The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits is accepting nominations for its 2016 Historic Rehabilitation Awards. The awards recognize development teams for excellence in the creative use of the historic tax credit (HTC). Nominations for the 2016 Historic Rehabilitation Awards will be accepted until June 10. Winners will be honored in a ceremony at the Novogradac Historic Tax Credit Conference at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Cleveland, Sept. 21.
“Every year, the federal historic tax credit brings new life to thousands of historic structures across the country,” said Tom Boccia, conference chairman and partner at Novogradac & Company LLP’s Cleveland office. “The Historic Rehabilitation Awards program not only honors the work of innovative development teams, but also showcases how the historic tax credit often makes the difference between a property falling victim to a wrecking ball or being preserved for future generations.”
