RPOA Presents “How to Turn Your HR Function into a Strategic Executive Resource” with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

The online talk is open for anyone to attend through the registration link at rpoassociation.org. The content is aimed at executives overseeing the human resources function.

“Usually, the less successful RPO engagements can typically be tied back directly to procedural, structural or contractual issues at the beginning of an RPO relationship. That being said, education is empowering for all parties involved”, says Younger.
