SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Effective March 1, Jeff Blackman has assumed his role as PrizeLogic’s first ever Chief Financial Officer. Blackman joins the team on the heels of unprecedented growth for the company and brings 25 years of experience in scaling growing technology businesses, driving corporate strategy, delivering solid financial results and streamlining critical processes.

Blackman’s impressive resume includes most recently, seven years as CFO of ForeSee, during which he led the company through 10x growth and the sale of the company to Answers Corp. In addition, he also spent more than a year as SVP of Client Success for ForeSee/Answers Corp. Previously he served as CFO for ePrize (now HelloWorld) and was also the Director of Finance and M&A at Valassis after some time in public accounting at Ernst & Young. A Certified Public Accountant, Blackman holds both his BBA and MBA in accounting and finance respectively from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

He will also oversee operational aspects including employee training, filling additional necessary roles and maintaining and increasing retention rates both on the employee and client side, with an eye on streamlining daily operations and maintaining healthy profitability.

The addition of Blackman rounds out PrizeLogic’s leadership team which boasts more than 100+ collective years of experience in the industry.
