OTRS Group Announces First Help Desk Software Training Course in Colombia

OTRS Group, the help desk software giant announces its first training course, for its help desk software OTRS, for clients in Colombia. Starting April 4, 2016 the company will showcase to users how to increase their IT help desk’s efficiency through a dedicated four day programme.

OTRS Group, the world’s leading provider of open-source and cloud-based service management software solutions announces new help desk software training will take place in Bogotá, 4-7 April 2016. Users of the free to download help desk and IT Service Management software can learn how to:

  • Install, configure, customize and manage OTRS
  • Increase their IT service desk’s efficiency with its extensive features.

Earlier this year OTRS launched new training in Brazil and previously these sessions were only held in the US, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Sweden and regularly in Germany.
