Kinedyne Presents Industry’s Most Comprehensive Cargo Securement Regulation Training Program at MATS 2016
BRANCHBURG, N.J., USA (PRWEB) March 28, 2016 -- Kinedyne LLC, a world-leading manufacturer and distributor of cargo control products for the transportation industry, announced that it will offer its free Cargo Securement Regulation Training Program at 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. on April 1, 2016, in room B101, during the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) 2016. The training follows Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, and is designed to reduce Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) violations, minimize liability and promote highway safety while eliminating inaccuracy and ambiguity in the area of cargo securement protocols.
Kinedyne’s Cargo Securement Regulation Training Program is an all-inclusive instructional presentation that provides attendees with an in-depth understanding of FMCSA regulations and how these impact CSA conformity. Kinedyne has also designed a separate program dealing exclusively with the Canadian market, with regulations set forth by the country’s National Safety Code Standard 10 - Cargo Securement (NSC10).

With Kinedyne’s Cargo Securement Regulation Training Program, fleets can reduce exposure to CSA violations and better protect their Behavior Analysis and Safety Improvement Category (BASIC) scores under the Carrier Safety Measurement System (CSMS). By learning about and adopting officially sanctioned cargo securement methodologies, participants minimize the chance of infractions, liabilities and equipment damage for themselves and their fleet.

We also advise participants on engaging law enforcement in a non-confrontational way and referring to the written regulations if the driver feels a citation is in error.”
