Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) March 22, 2016
LiveDeposition, a premier provider of local and remote technologies that have transformed the way legal professionals attend litigation events, announced today the release of their new online dashboard, giving attorneys an interactive way to stay on task and organized before, during, and after any deposition, trial, hearing, or arbitration.
Built-into their RemoteRealtime™ product, which itself is an all-in-one online platform consisting of realtime streaming, videoconferencing, paperless digital exhibits, and more, the Dashboard will act as a single sign-in system that allows attorneys to easily attend all upcoming litigation events being held through LiveDeposition, as well as upload, manage, and view digital files to be used with LiveDeposition’s newly upgraded ElectronicExhibits™ tool.
“Managing online litigation events and exhibits is easier than ever before using the LiveDeposition Dashboard tool.” stated Tawny Labrum, Marketing Director for LiveDeposition. She went on to say, “The number of attorneys looking to reduce travel and cutback on overhead by remotely attending depositions, trials, hearings and arbitrations, has grown tremendously over the past year. We felt having one common location to access all online events, as well as access important exhibit documentation, was not only a solution that most attorneys would desire, it was a fundamental feature that needed to be included in LiveDeposition’s all-in-one solution.”
The Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the join button located in the top right corner of the LiveDeposition homepage, or through a link included in the email invitations sent out when an event is originally scheduled. Once logged in, attorneys will be able to see and utilize two main components; a robust “My Calendar” view, and an interactive “My Files” view.
The “My Calendar” view displays the current month and lists all online litigation events that an attorney has been invited to. From this view, attorneys are able to select an event and review its complete details, including case name, date/time, witness, as well as any case specific digital exhibit files. From the “My Calendar” view, attorneys will also be able to quickly join online depositions, trials, hearings, and arbitrations using a one click connection operation.
From the “My Files” view attorneys will be able to upload, organize, and manage all digital files that are to be used as exhibits. This view also allows attorneys to review online exhibits shared by other attorneys, view details of all exhibits submitted during a particular event, and download all submitted or shared exhibit files.
“Attending a remote litigation event needs to be quick and simple, otherwise attorneys won’t see any benefit to it.” said Labrum. “They should be able to access all the tools they need to succeed from one easy-to-use online platform. LiveDeposition is just that type of tool and more. A simple, streamlined solution that has revolutionized the litigation process.”
