Clifton, NJ (PRWEB) March 22, 2016 -- Joseph Federico, Director of Operations and VP at NJMET announces that he will lead Team NJ MET in the 2016 March of Dimes Walkathon in Manhattan on Sunday, April 24, 2016.
According to Mr. Federico, this is NJMET's 13th annual sponsorship of a team in the March of Dimes March for Babies walkathon.
“Team NJ MET will assemble at Lincoln Center on 62nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues at 8:30 AM. We are honored to help The March of Dimes with our annual spring walk as well as the new Bark for Babies Dog Walk held in NJ in the fall,” said NJMET team leader, Joseph Federico.
Over the past seven decades millions of babies have been saved from death or disability thanks to advances made by March of Dimes-funded scientists, including 13 Nobel Prize winners, but babies are still in danger.
“The money that is raised by the March of Dimes funds important research and programs that help babies begin healthy lives. It promises to be a fun day out with people who share our passion for improving the health of babies,” said Joseph Federico.
