Qualfon, a people-driven business process outsourcing (BPO) company and global provider of contact center services, alongside other prominent BPO companies, received recognition from the Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) for contributions to the BPO industry, which are seen as major contributors in helping the city of Dumaguete, Philippines achieve its first ranking in Tholons Top 100 Outsourcing Destinations. As a new entrant on the list, the city of Dumaguete is currently ranked #93 and had never been recognized by Tholons International in this capacity until this year.
