Quadriga Partners with NSC Global to Provide Onsite service and support in EMEA

To support Quadriga’s continued expansion and commitment to service excellence, Quadriga has signed a strategic partnership agreement with NSC Global to provide first line, on-site service and support throughout EMEA.

As the requirements for technology and advanced networking continue to increase within the hospitality industry, client service and support is essential. Although Quadriga’s internal, global service centre currently offers 24/7 support, on site assistance is equally important.

As a leading systems integrator with a wealth of converged network knowledge, Quadriga have partnered with NSC Global to further increase our reach to clients needing support in a consistent, repeatable quality of delivery. Quadriga aim to expand the 24/7, multilingual help desk in a service with seven days a week onsite support in English and the local language.

The strategic partnership with NSC Global is not only important for Quadriga’s independent hotel clients but also for the multinational and global brand partners, as NSC Global is a multi-national technology services and infrastructure provider that helps clients across 180 countries in over 40 languages. This partnership gives Quadriga a capable and trusted partner to help our clients run their businesses more time and cost efficiently.

The partnership with NSC Global provides:

  • Access to a geographically dispersed highly mobile Field Services Team
  • Field engineers who are all trained in Networks or Microsoft certified
  • SLA performance focused delivery
  • Joint training programmes and system certifications
  • A single professional service desk to service desk dispatch process
