“Retailers will continue to meet consumer demand by making products available through an increasingly seamless online and brick-and-mortar retail experience,” said UPS director of retail Louis DeJianne.

The increasing complexity of today’s consumer – brought on, in large part, by the surge in omnichannel retailing – will be a key theme and topic addressed at Multichannel Merchant’s 5th Annual Operations Summit, held April 12-14 in Cincinnati, OH.

Headline sponsor UPS will lead the Omnichannel Power Panel: Exceeding Shopper Expectations featuring a panel of omnichannel merchants who will explore what is most important to shoppers, based on findings from the UPS/comScore Pulse of the Online Shopper report. They will also discuss how the right processes and technology can help companies “bring it” to the empowered shopper and ready retailer.

“Retailers will continue to meet consumer demand by making products available through an increasingly seamless online and brick-and-mortar retail experience,” said UPS director of retail Louis DeJianne. “We’re looking forward to creating solutions that address the challenges of more efficiently implementing the omnichannel experience into retail business models.”

The Operations Summit will offer a series of plenary sessions delving into how omnichannel works, including the pain points and their solutions to help executives implement omnichannel retailing. More than 800 attendees will discuss the latest trends, strategies and best practices during the conference at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati OH.
