The Atlanta Journal Constitution Names Charter Global a Winner of the Atlanta Metro 2016 Top WorkPlaces Award
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 28, 2016 -- Charter Global was awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces http://www.topworkplaces.com/frontend.php/regional-lists honor by The Atlanta Journal Constitution. This is the third consecutive year Charter Global, a leading provider of IT services and staff outsourcing, received this recognition. As an award recipient, the company represents the best metro Atlanta has to offer.
“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. Often people assume it’s all about perks and benefits,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees. Our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.”
Charter Global, a growing Atlanta-based company, received the award in the midsize company category. More than 1,400 companies were nominated or asked to participate in the 2016 contest by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Workplace Dynamics.
“The Charter Global team is honored to receive the AJC award for the third consecutive year. We measure our success by our customers’ and our employees’ satisfaction,” said Murli Reddy, President of Charter Global. “We take pride in being a part of the Atlanta business community and in delivering cost effective, scalable, world-class enterprise technology solutions."
Almost 50,000 metro workers participated in the survey. Employees were asked to rate his or her workplace on a scale of zero to 99. The resulting top 150 list consists of 25 large companies, 50 midsize companies, and 75 small companies. During the course of the survey, a common theme emerged. They have earned the loyalty and affection of their employees. And they have invested as much in their employees’ well-being as they have in tangible perks
