Turning Technologies is expanding its global reach even further thanks to our fantastic partner programme - this release highlights the use of TurningPoint in the Eastern European country of Slovakia through our partner eTechnology

eTechnology is a Turning Technologies partner based in Slovakia, that delivers innovative solutions and services to the corporate sector, schools and AV companies. The company provides its customers with many interactive solutions including eInstruction whiteboards, Flow, and Turning Technologies’ ResponseCards and ResponseWare.

‘We started using Turning Technologies' products about 7 years ago – and we haven’t looked back since’, states Juraj Kopáni. Juraj Kopáni is the Sales Director at eTechnology, and a huge fan of the products. ‘We decided to utilise the products because of the PowerPoint integration. We loved how fast the product worked, the simplicity and ease of use and how little training was needed in order to understand how the software and hardware worked’.

eTechnology recently utilised the ResponseCard RF LCD at an event in Bratislava, organised by Axon Neuroscience, a clinical-stage biotech company developing disease-modifying immunotherapeutics for Alzheimer's disease. The conference was an intensive event, spanning over 2 days, with over 250 doctors from all over the world. ‘The system worked like a dream – we arrived, handed out the clickers, briefly explained how to use them and the delegates understood instantly. The reporting features were also really useful to the event organisers as well’. Juraj found that the audience loved the product, as it helped them interact and engage with the speakers throughout the intensive two day event, and made them all feel involved.

For the future, Juraj wants to continue promoting TurningPoint to the Slovakian market, particularly in the education sector. ‘We see great potential for ResponseWare in particular due to the ability to vote over the internet, using any web-enabled device. The ability for the teachers to see how their students are progressing is very important – the possibilities are endless for TurningPoint, in the Slovakian market’.
