Houston, TX (PRWEB) March 28, 2016 -- Ascent Fitness joins more than 70 ‘Sufferlandrian Embassies’ from around the world transforming the indoor cycling experience with the high intensity interval training (HIIT) program. The Sufferfest, which places riders into the middle of the world’s greatest races like the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia and World Championship, has workouts developed by world-class cycling coaches and is driven by synchronized soundtracks and engrossing storylines.
