Ascent Releases "The Sufferfest" Indoor Cycling Class Series in Houston

Today, Ascent Fitness announced its partnership with The Sufferfest, creator of the highly acclaimed video-based indoor cycling class program with a global following. Ascent Fitness will now offer the popular spin classes to its members in Houston starting April 1, 2016.

This interactive spin class video on the big screen will give the feel of being in the event itself.

Ascent Fitness joins more than 70 ‘Sufferlandrian Embassies’ from around the world transforming the indoor cycling experience with the high intensity interval training (HIIT) program. The Sufferfest, which places riders into the middle of the world’s greatest races like the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia and World Championship, has workouts developed by world-class cycling coaches and is driven by synchronized soundtracks and engrossing storylines.

The Sufferfest is the only indoor cycling program endorsed by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the world governing body for cycling. There are currently 23 different videos, with new ones added every few months, catering to everyone from group exercise enthusiasts to competitive cyclists and triathletes. Every video provides a perfect blend of motivation, guidance and entertainment for riders of all abilities.
