Draper and Kramer properties earned the Resident Satisfaction award as a result of annual surveys producing a property score of at least 4.00 out of a possible 5.00 and a combined score of 4.00 or higher for all measured modules.
Chicago area properties receiving recognition include: Brook Run; 180 N. Jefferson;
550 S, Dorchester; 1350 N. Lake Shore Drive; 1130 S. Michigan Ave.; Grand Plaza; and Wheaton Center. Fieldpointe and Hampton Gardens Apartments in St. Louis were also recognized.
