Wasatch Academy Offers Two $54,900 High School Student Rodeo Scholarship Opportunities

Wasatch Academy, a nationally-ranked college preparatory boarding school, recently made an exciting scholarship announcement pertaining to high school rodeo participants.

The prestigious boarding school will award scholarships to one male and one female rodeo athlete. Each scholarship is valued at $54,900 for the 2016-2017 academic year.

This annually-renewable scholarship covers the complete costs of tuition, room, and board for the 2016-17 academic year while offering year-round practice for the student’s chosen rodeo events, a heated indoor and two outdoor practice arenas, and one-on-one coaching from accomplished rodeo instructors. The Wasatch Academy high school rodeo team will compete in over 25 rodeos each year, with travel to the events facilitated by the school.

The Wasatch Academy high school rodeo team provides unique opportunities for students to receive a superior education, compete in a very competitive rodeo association, and prepare them for graduation and placement to a college rodeo team of their dreams.

Wasatch Academy’s campus and rodeo facilities are a stone’s throw away from recreational riding trails within the shadow of the Wasatch mountains. Their premier rodeo program provides a unique opportunity for students to practice and hone their skills while also forging lifelong bonds with students from around the globe.
