I have identified the traits, behaviors, and strategies that transform executives into great leaders
Beaverton, Oregon (PRWEB) March 30, 2016
Executive coach, business strategist, public speaker and author Michael J. Beck announces the release of his new book ‘Eliciting Excellence-Bringing Out the Best in People’. The author was motivated to write this book from his passion to help people become better leaders and reach their full potential. “I wanted to make a difference in the world by helping leaders bring out the best in people. From my years of experience as a leader and as an executive coach helping clients become more effective leaders, I've identified the traits, behaviors and strategies that transform executives into great leaders and discuss them in my book,” Beck explains.
In Eliciting Excellence, Michael Beck explains why bringing out the best in people matters and shares with the reader how to do just that. Beck elaborates on 15 competencies which pertain to “How We Act (self), How We Interact (team) and How We Guide (organization).
The book includes Beck’s knowledge gained from years of research about behavior, motivation, and the reason why good leadership matters. Beck found through years of executive coaching that an organization led by highly effective leaders becomes highly engaged, highly creative, highly productive, and highly profitable.
‘Eliciting Excellence-Bringing Out the Best in People’ covers the causes of employee disengagement and disillusionment, and teaches how to avoid these counterproductive attitudes by offering specific strategies to keep employee engagement and enthusiasm high.
