For 94% of Millennials a Good Deal is not a reason to be loyal to a Brand according to the latest survey by Gociety, the community of Millennials who love the outdoors.

Brands must realize that their business environment ethics, their ability to engage young people and ability to have authentic conversations have a big influence on Millennials' purchasing decisions.

Gociety, a fast growing community of Millennials who love the outdoors asked its members to complete a sentence: “I am loyal to brands that: “. Less than 1% of the 347 respondents indicated price/good value as the reason to like a brand. 94% chose other than price/value criteria. The survey results question the impact of Social Media on purchasing decisions as only 12% said their friends opinion mattered.
