Des Hague, Co-Founder of Aegis Enterprises and Partner of WC&P (formerly William Caruso and Associates), is pleased to announce that WC&P's design team completed the food service planning, design and construction administration for the newly remodeled 574-bed Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in the County of Santa Clara, CA.

The $531 million construction project includes a new 12,000 SF commercial kitchen with the following components: refrigerated, frozen and dry storage areas; a bulk food prep area, food finishing and pot wash, dish wash and cart wash areas. In addition, there are state of the art clinical food prep and patient food plating areas as well as retherm docking stations/carts.
