Mr. Marathas’ session, “The Top Compliance Questions from Across the Country,” will cover new developments and the current state of Obamacare, as well as common questions he has seen from clients across the country with respect to the Affordable Care Act. Mr. Weatherhead will present “Overtime and the Fair Labor Standards Act: Where We Are and Where We Are Going.” Both sessions have been pre-approved by the HR Certification Institute as activities that payroll and human resources professionals can apply toward renewing their California, GPHR, HRBP, HRMP, PHR, and SPHR certification.
