The nomination, for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Enabling Improved Customer Centricity’, was based on the company’s gen-E OpsCenter™ advanced analytics software.

gen-E serves major telecom companies and enterprises across a wide variety of industries. Its upcoming release of gen-E OpsCenter, which enables companies to elevate the customer experience, maps directly into TM Forum’s focus on digital transformation that is impacting companies across industries.

“For years, companies with large complex networks have wrestled with organizational silos of data and how to use information across the organization to improve the customer experience,” said Marc Hayden, gen-E CEO. “We are honored that our advanced analytics software, which we have built to help companies take action on their data, has been nominated by TM Forum,” added Hayden.

And in so doing, gen-E enables improved focus on key performance indicators that – among other things - helps their clients evaluate how well they are serving both internal and external customers.

gen-E has been a member of the TM Forum since 1999 and has driven standards in the telecom industry and beyond that help companies move operations and processes from analog to digital. Nomination for the award by TM Forum affirms that gen-E has met the Forum’s eligibility guidelines including delivering a groundbreaking solution to improve customer centricity, application of TM Forum’s best practices and standards models, and delivery of a quantifiable business value.

“Congratulations to TM Forum’s Digital World Award nominees,” said Nik Willetts, deputy CEO at TM Forum. “TM Forum is based on the work and success of its members, and we are thrilled to see such high caliber results achieved by these global innovators.
