Introducing Sandefjord, a Scandinavian-Inspired Design on White Porcelain

Sandefjord features a variety of items that would mix well with a multitude of other styles and colors of dinnerware.

Noritake is pleased to announce the launch of the white porcelain dinnerware pattern Sandefjord, currently available at Macy’s and Sandefjord is on trend in blue and white, and features Scandinavian-inspired motifs. Sandefjord is available as both a 4-piece place setting, individual dining components, and also a collection of serving pieces, to set a complete table.

This Scandinavian-inspired design is blooming with deep blue, whimsically-stylized floral motifs. Each piece incorporates these varied motifs in different ways that create a delightfully inspired mix-and-match place setting. The variation of design continues with the accessory pieces, resulting in a complete, yet eclectic, collection.

“The development of Sandefjord was a natural one – although the idea of blue and white dinnerware with a Scandinavian influence isn’t completely unique, we have concentrated on making it distinctly Noritake. Not only are we creating dinnerware in a trending color combination that will appeal to many dinnerware customers, we are also creating a mix and match opportunity. Sandefjord features a variety of items that would mix well with a multitude of other styles and colors of dinnerware,” says Peter Goldberger, Noritake’s Executive Vice President.

Sandefjord is made of white porcelain that is safe in the microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. Prices range from $18 for a mug to $107 for an oval platter.
