iCancerhealth Platform Now Available for Testicular Cancer Patients and Caregivers
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) April 01, 2016 -- The Testicular Cancer Society (TCS) has partnered with Medocity, Inc. to provide a new layer of patient and caregiver support. Beginning April 2016, TCS patients and their families will have free access to the iCancerHealth platform where they are able to access TCS support information, while using iCancerHealth to coordinate care and track symptoms, medications and more.
iCancerHealth is an intuitive, comprehensive platform that bridges the gap between the clinic and the patient’s home. Key features include:
• Ability to manage and track medications and symptoms;
• Guiding the patient and caregiver with timely disease and drug specific information; and
• Connecting the patient with the patient’s care team, family and friends to share information
“When diagnosed, testicular cancer suddenly becomes a whole new world,” said Mike Craycraft, survivor and founder of the Testicular Cancer Society. “We are pleased to add the iCancerHealth platform to help offer our resources and end the isolation so often seen with patients and their families. The mobile and web platform will allow those diagnosed to become more educated and better self advocates of their care.”
“Medocity is looking forward to providing users with information and support provided by the Testicular Cancer Society” said Raj Agarwal, CEO and president of Medocity. “The new partnership will further Medocity’s goals of providing e-support tools to patients, allowing them to manage their care needs while away or at home.”
