Attorneys Caleb J. Holmes and Jillian C. Kirn from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Environmental Law Forum 2016. The two-day event will take place at the Hilton Harrisburg April 6-7, 2016.

Attorneys Caleb J. Holmes and Jillian C. Kirn from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Environmental Law Forum 2016. The two-day event will take place at the Hilton Harrisburg April 6-7, 2016.

Holmes will be presenting, “CERCLA HSCA Update,” and Kirn will be discussing, “Industrial Water Intake and Wastewater Discharge.” The Environmental Law Forum provides an intensive learning experience for practitioners surrounding legal updates, best practices, new technologies, and roundtables discussions.

Holmes concentrates his practice on environmental litigation, including CERCLA, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and oil and gas. He has litigated a number of CERCLA cases, including both the allocation and enforcement cases arising from the Fox River and Green Bay site in northeast Wisconsin.

Kirn focuses her practice on environmental and energy matters. She represents clients in litigation in state and federal courts and works on behalf of developers and corporations in connection with the acquisition, transfer, financing, and sale of contaminated real estate, including complex project redevelopments and environmental liability transfers.

In addition, Greenberg Traurig’s David G. Mandelbaum is a course planner for the forum.
