Atrion’s Chief Strategy Officer Dave Ramsden Receives PBN C-Suite Award
Warwick, Rhode Island (PRWEB) April 04, 2016 -- Spend a few minutes with Atrion’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Dave Ramsden and it’s clear he can see things that others can’t. In fact, his uncanny ability to see into the future, knack for pattern recognition and market analysis, and skill in forecasting changes in our environment, led him to become the IT service firm’s first CSO three years ago.
Since joining Atrion 15 years ago, Ramsden has played a pivotal role in working alongside Atrion CEO Tim Hebert and members of the executive management team to set and steer the company’s strategic roadmap.
“Simply put, Dave excels as a strategic thinker and analyst,” said Hebert. “His unique perspectives have enabled a 31-year-old company to take crucial steps forward towards even greater growth and success. Dave relies on his keen insight, aptitude for data analysis and strong futuristic mindset to help us continue to evolve.”
Ramsden holds many responsibilities across the organization, including setting Atrion’s annual strategic planning efforts, developing its five-year plan, pinpointing financial targets and investment budgets, and creating data reports to keep everyone informed of the company’s progress.
In addition to steering the strategic roadmap, Ramsden was a champion for implementing a formal strategic execution methodology. Under his guidance, Atrion selected the Franklin Covey “Four Disciplines of Execution” methodology and rolled it out to the company in 2013. Just three years later, the program has reached an 80 percent participation level—a program that has helped Atrion increase revenue and sales, services growth and client satisfaction.
“I’m very honored and humbled to have received this award,” said Ramsden. “It is really a testament to the work that our entire strategy team is doing. It is a great group and we are collectively doing remarkable things.”
Ramsden joins an elite group of C-Suite winners who will be honored by PBN at a dinner on April 26 at the Omni Providence Hotel. The full list of C-Suite Award winners can be found here (http://pbn.com/C-Suite-Awards,64341).
