Relus Technologies is pleased to announce the opening our newest location in Greenville, South Carolina. As CEO Mark Metz is an alumnus of Furman University, he is thrilled to expand Relus and its services to his former stomping grounds. Relus Technologies specializes in information technology solutions that include products and services designed to help IT organizations maximize the life of their current-state IT environment, while at the same time empowering and enabling them to realize the many benefits of cloud computing.

Relus Technologies Executive Account Manager, Blair Zeimetz, a native of Greenville, will be managing the Carolinas region and is happy to be involved in such a key expansion. “I have lived in Greenville my entire life, so of course I think it is the perfect city for Relus’ expansion!” Zeimetz said. She also adds that although she specifically represents our IT Talent Delivery Team, she and Relus are “more than equipped to provide companies in the region with expertise in all four of our specialty areas: Infrastructure, Cloud, Big Data Analytics, and Talent Delivery.”

Due to the rapid growth of IT in Greenville, this expansion will assist in the growth of Relus Technologies’ cloud consulting and professional services business. “There are countless benefits of expanding to the Carolinas” Zeimetz adds “Greenville’s growth as a city, positioning it as one of the 10 fastest growing US cities, was certainly appealing. Also, South Carolina’s growth in the tech industry is at 4%, which exceeds that of the United States at 3%. Greenville’s convenient location within South Carolina and its close proximity to North Carolina as well as Atlanta, where Relus is headquartered, was also a consideration.”

The Greenville office will be covering both Carolinas and since Relus already has numerous customer relationships established in the Carolinas, such as Furman, Bob Jones, and Clemson, this expansion will let Relus be closer and more connected to these customers. Additionally, Relus is looking forward to being a valued resource to additional companies, universities, schools and non-profit organizations located in both South and North Carolina.
