Creator Global Develops Sports Platform for Smart Devices

Their latest project is a digital platform called ‘Sports Socket’, that delivers sports content and game media to a range of smart devices. Emerging products like Virtual Reality Headsets, smart TV’s, Amazon Echo, Wearables and other smart home products present the next opportunity for brands to engage with sports fans in new innovative ways. “Sports fans are early adopters of new technology, we’ve seen this over the last 5 years with activation on smart phones and tablets, and we see smart devices like VR Headsets as the next frontier in bringing the magic of the game to everyday places!” say’s Digital Director, Slade Sherman.
Creator Global will be trialling this new technology with 3 smart device manufacturers between May and July. If successful, the Sport Socket solution will be rolled out for teams and brands in the USA, UK and Australia starting September.
