OTRS Group Announces English Ticketing System Training in Germany This April

The first of only two English OTRS training in central Europe this year, the sessions will help IT professionals to evaluate the software and OTRS users to get the most from their software configurations.
The free, open-source OTRS ticketing system helps IT departments and help desks manage their customer requests and business processes.
In the training sessions, OTRS experts will teach attendees how to best implement OTRS in their IT departments. Attendees will learn how to install OTRS, structure ticket queues and user permissions, and automate business processes with the OTRS Process Management module. In addition, the training sessions will contain valuable insights on service asset management, configuration management, and change management while using the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
