Alta Associates Announces Inaugural Scholarship for Women and Minorities

The Leadership Journey is a 12-month comprehensive virtual leadership development program that equips women and minorities with skills and competencies to lead at senior levels and focuses on developing the self-awareness, personal capacity and resilience necessary to flourish in critical roles.
