Italian Winery Candoni Wines Prepares for 4TH Annual Arbor Day Campaign
(PRWEB) April 01, 2016 -- Continuing their tradition for the fourth year in a row, Candoni Wines will use proceeds from the sales of their wines made with organically-grown grapes to fund donations for the Arbor Day Foundation. In partnership with the foundation, they will plant a tree for every case sold of Candoni Organic Buongiorno (unique organic blend of Primitivo and Syrah), Candoni Organic Merlot and Candoni Organic Pinot Grigio sold.
Candoni Wines began their special Arbor Day promotion in 2013 as a way to prolong the natural beauty of the Earth and sustain the conditions needed to continue growing the hardy, flavorful grapes used to make their line of award-winning wines.
“We would like to make a contribution to our planet and thank it for the many ways that it provides for us,” writes Candoni de Zan family member and head of marketing Elviana Candoni De Zan. “As we believe that it is of vital importance to take care of our planet for current and future generations, we understand the necessity and benefits of planting more trees in U.S. Forests.”
Wine lovers who want to help the Candoni De Zan family increase their generous contribution to the Arbor Day Foundation can purchase Candoni wines made with organically-grown grapes from their local store. Any of these products purchased from April through June 2016 will have a portion of their proceeds donated directly to the Arbor Day Foundation to fund the planting of more trees throughout the U.S.’s natural, old-growth forests. Since the Candoni Wines line encompasses a Merlot, a Pinot Grigio and a delicious red blend (Buongiorno), organic wine lovers looking for a range of possible tastes or pairings can find exactly what suits their taste.
The Candoni De Zan family hopes their efforts ensure that future generations can continue to appreciate the bounteous gifts that nature gives us, especially grapes and fruit that can be used to create amazing wines.
