FCCI Insurance Group Appoints Lisa Krouse to Board of Directors
Sarasota, Florida (PRWEB) April 04, 2016 -- Sarasota-based FCCI Insurance Group (FCCI) announced today that Lisa Krouse, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has been appointed to FCCI’s board of directors effective April 27. Krouse is FCCI’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and will retain her current position along with her board duties.
Krouse has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and in human resources. She joined FCCI in 2005, and she is the first woman appointed to FCCI’s board.

In addition to her role at FCCI, Krouse is currently Chair of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and sits on the board of directors for CareerSource Suncoast, board of trustees for Doctors Hospital and on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity. She is extensively involved in community and charity work, and in promoting Sarasota and the surrounding area. Krouse has spoken on Corporate Philanthropy, Leadership, Wellness in the Workplace and many other topics, and she has written for several publications on legal insurance and employment law topics.
At FCCI, Krouse is a strong supporter of leadership and career development programs, as well as health and wellness programs.
Krouse began her insurance career at NCCI where she worked for nearly 10 years. Prior to joining FCCI, she was General Counsel, Southeast Region and Vice President of Human Resources at Zenith Insurance Company. Krouse received her Bachelor of Science from New York University and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and is a member of the Florida Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the New York Bar.
